GDNsites is an innovative company delivering site acquisition, zoning, and professional consulting services to the wireless industry. Created in 1999 from a need to expand telecommunications real estate services within an existing commercial real estate company GDNsites initially specialized in raw land site acquisition and permitting for new tower sites across the Mid-Atlantic region. In concert with the growth of the wireless industry GDNsites also developed new service markets as well as growing our core business capabilities. By the end of 2010 GDNsites had developed into a full service wireless telecommunications consulting firm offering site acquisition, zoning & permitting, project management & administration, regulatory and environmental management, construction management, and specialty consulting services to many of the most respected names in the wireless industry. Over the past eight years GDNsites has built the strategic relationships and has added the services necessary to meet the demands for data capacity expansion through the deployment of in-building systems, oDAS & iDAS, 4G/5G small cells, and data nodes. We have also been successful providing real estate, regulatory, and administrative services for indoor/outdoor venue, university campus, and special event projects.

Currently with offices in Charlottesville, VA and Charleston, WV and with an employee presence throughout the mid-Atlantic and Southeast we feel we are positioned to provide services anywhere east of the Mississippi River. Our current team comes from telecommunications, real estate, legal and professional services backgrounds all beneficial to the wireless industry. Our team is equally comfortable engaging in a rural tower negotiation, explaining the benefits of an in-building system to a developer, or working with major utilities for the rapid deployment of small cells. We are completely capable of initiating, negotiating, managing, administrating, and closing deals in any environment.
